Remodeling vs. Moving

Remodeling can improve and expand your home so sometimes it makes great sense to improve and not move if you need more space or just want a fresh look. The remodeling vs. moving debate is a serious one. There are always good reasons to move and there are always good reasons to stay put so you should thing long and hard before making a choice between remodeling vs. moving.

The remodeling vs. moving question usually comes up for a reason. Maybe your are starting to feel cramped in your present house and you and your family need more space. Or maybe your present home just doesn't have enough bathrooms and mornings are a real hassle when everyone is trying to get ready for school and get off to work.

Well these are very good reasons to think about remodeling vs. moving, but maybe it would be better to just remodel, hence the remodeling vs. moving debate.

When considering remodeling vs. moving, you need to do a list of the pros and cons of your present home. Then you should do a list of the pros and cons of moving and a list of the pros and cons of any remodeling projects. The information on these lists should go along way toward answering the question of remodeling vs. moving.

With any luck there will be a clear choice in the remodeling vs. moving debate.

Maybe one side or the other will be shown to have the overwhelming number of pros on it side or in the remodeling vs. moving debate, on side will just have too many cons to make it an option. In these cases, your choice will be clear between remodeling vs. moving and you should be able to move ahead right away with your choice.

But life isn't  usually like that, is it? the remodeling vs. moving debate is a complicated one, with so many serious questions to consider and answer before you make a choice between remodeling vs moving. Both remodeling and moving have their disruptive effects so the choice between remodeling vs. moving isn't ever easy.

But maybe you just love the house you are in and  you love the neighborhood and you have great friends around you and so do your kids and the schools in the area a great and you are both close to your jobs and all that your house needs is one more bathroom to make it perfect. Well, in that case, the debate between remodeling vs. moving is done. Welcome home.
